Pete has been lucky enough to have caught the eye of journalists and featured in several magazines. He is well known for his collaboration with Icelandic band Kaleo. The #16 was first featured on their debut album “A/B”. They have since commissioned two further resonators, The Runes and The Ísland. For fans, the Marrakech® has become their signature guitar.
“The Turner isn’t a bluesy, barking steel-body resonator but a far more subtle and pretty sounding guitar.”
— Guitar and Bass
“The Marrakech doesn’t back you into a bluesy corner: it’s like a regular acoustic that just happens to have a resonator.”
— Guitar and Bass
